The firm works efficiently and collaboratively, in all areas of insurance defense litigation, yielding the most competitive and cost-effective results in the Chicagoland area. In addition to his eponymous charm with local Judiciary and jurors, his level demeanor, professionalism, and integrity, are appreciated within the greater legal community. He routinely serves as an independent arbitrator, lecturer, and educator.

Under Mark’s leadership, the Mordini law firm has remained a recognized force in the State of Illinois for the last 30 years, and proudly boasts over 300 winning trials and arbitrations, hundreds more successful conclusions, and satisfied customers in most every area of civil defense.
